Unless otherwise stated, uxdesign.pl own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

License Agreement

By purchasing, downloading and using Kantan Design System (“Item” or “files”) you are being granted a license to use these files for specific uses under certain conditions. A non-exclusive license is granted in the territory of the whole world.

Personal License is a single user license. It can be used in creating commercial End Products for your clients, but if you want to use the files as a part of a company and give other users editor rights to the files, you must purchase Enterprise License. The product purchased under Enterprise License can be used, edited and modified by any number of the company's employees.

You agree to the following terms:

Your are licensed to adapt or modify files as needed.
You are licensed to use Kantan to create as many End Products for yourself or for your clients as you want. The End Product may be sold, licensed, sub-licensed or distributed. The End Product is a customized implementation of the Item. Kantan is a package of UI elements and tempates and the End Product is your unique finished design for a web app or mobile app.
You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
You are not required to attribute or link Kantan in the End Product.

You cannot sell or redistribute Kantan source files as a stock, tool or template. You can't do this even if you modify the Item. Don’t share the Item on the web or with Figma public access.
You can't place design files into the End Product as it is, without any modification.
You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
All the rights for photographs and illustrations used in Item are reserved by their legal owners.
The product is offered as it is. The Licensor will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of the resources.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the digital products, we do not issue refunds once an order is confirmed and the product is delivered. We only refund if there is a technical issue we can’t resolve.

Before making a purchase, please check Kantan demo files. If you’re not sure whether a product is a correct fit for you, you can contact us at kantan@uxdesign.pl

We do not provide a refund in the following situations:

• You change your mind about the product;
• You didn’t get satisfied with the product;
• You bought an item by mistake;
• The template/item is not suitable for your project/existing project;
• You don’t know how to use the template/item.

Before you request a refund, you must do the following:​

Please contact us at kantan@uxdesign.pl and describe the issue. We will try our best to resolve your concerns.

Please note that if you got the refund:

• You will be obliged to delete all files (from your drive and your Figma account).
• You’ll no longer be able to use Kantan in any projects if we issue a refund (including commercial, non-commercial and personal projects).

Support

We strongly believe that our products will work without issues and we are available to resolve any problems. You are always free to contact us if you experience any issues receiving or downloading the product via kantan@uxdesign.pl
